THE VENTURE WORSHIP LIVE ALBUM RECORDING

Several years ago, our Venture Worship team began praying about writing music that would glorify God, encourage people in their faith journey, and minister to all who listen. In this season, we are so grateful that God has brought together a family of broken but redeemed people who love Jesus and others and who have a desire to use music as their ministry to spread the Gospel message. The Venture Worship team is so excited to announce the Venture Worship Live Album Recording that will allow us to capture the mission and vision of our church through live, original music and use it as a unique opportunity to lead others to know, love, and follow Jesus. 

 
 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHAT IS A “LIVE ALBUM?"

  • A live album is exactly what it sounds like - an album recorded in a live worship setting. Rather than being recorded in a studio, this Venture Worship album will be recorded during an actual live worship experience with Venture Church family (including you) in the audience! The Venture Worship Live Album Recording is intended to capture the authenticity, atmosphere, and power of an in-person worship experience.

2. WHEN AND WHERE IS THE VENTURE WORSHIP LIVE ALBUM RECORDING TAKING PLACE?

  • The Venture Worship Live Album Recording will take place at The Lincoln Road Campus on Sunday, October 22 at 6:00 p.m.

3. WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE LIVE ALBUM RECORDING?

  • The Venture Worship Live Album recording will begin at 6:00 p.m. with our church family from all five Venture campuses coming together to worship. Our Venture Worship team, comprised of a variety of musicians from all of our campuses, will lead Venture Worship original songs during the Venture Worship Live Album Recording. Throughout the recording, you will have the opportunity to worship with us as we sing some familiar favorites, as well as be among the first to experience brand-new content from the team! The evening will feel like a large-scale Sunday morning worship experience with a “behind-the-scenes” look at the production and recording process. The Venture Worship Live Album Recording will last approximately two hours.

4. WHAT IS MY ROLE DURING THE VENTURE WORSHIP LIVE ALBUM RECORDING?

  • Before recording begins, the Venture Worship team will share some special ways to engage throughout the evening. You don't have to know the words to all of the songs or even sing on-key! All you need to do is come ready to passionately and authentically worship as a church family.

5. DO I NEED A TICKET IN ORDER TO ATTEND?

  • Yes, tickets are required. Due to the large amount of interest in this event, as well as limited seating, all those attending must purchase a ticket beforehand. A limited number of tickets are available for the event, and they are expected to sell quickly.

6. HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS FOR THE VENTURE WORSHIP LIVE ALBUM RECORDING?

  • Tickets are $10 each. Proceeds will be used to help cover the cost of the recording and the album release which is expected in early 2024. 

7. HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT?

  • Tickets will be available for purchase starting at 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 17. A limited number of tickets is available, and they are expected to sell quickly. Mark your calendar so you don’t miss your opportunity to attend this special event! Simply visit this webpage on September 17th when tickets go on sale and click the button above to purchase your ticket(s).

8. ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE? WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE EVENT?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any ticket purchases. If you can no longer attend the event, please contact us so that your ticket can be redistributed.

9. IF TICKETS SELL OUT, CAN I BE ADDED TO A WAITLIST?

  • Yes, there will be a waitlist for anyone who was not able to initially purchase a ticket. If a ticket is purchased by someone who is unable to attend, that ticket will be redistributed to those who are on the waitlist.

10. WILL THE LIVE ALBUM RECORDING BE STREAMED ONLINE?

  • To protect Venture Worship's original content prior to its release and to provide an exclusive experience for Live Album Recording guests, this event will not be streamed online.

11. IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE DURING THE LIVE ALBUM RECORDING? IS THIS A SUITABLE EVENT FOR CHILDREN?

  • No, childcare will NOT be provided for the recording. Due to the length of this event and the highly-focused nature of recording music, we kindly advise that children under the age of 12 do not attend.

12. WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED DURING THE EVENT?

  • No, food will not be provided at the Venture Worship Live Album Recording, but light refreshments and coffee will be available for those in attendance.

13. ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL GUIDELINES FOR THE EVENING?

  • In order to protect Venture Worship’s original content prior to its release, we ask that everyone who attends the Live Album Recording would please refrain from any photography or videography during the event.

14. WHEN WILL THE ALBUM BE RELEASED?

  • The Venture Worship Live Album will be released in early 2024. During the time between the recording and the album release, our Venture Worship Team and Production Team will both be working hard to ensure that the highest quality album possible is released!
