UPDATE GIVING
Thank you for making the switch to our new giving platform! In order to make this transition, please discontinue your current recurring contribution and set up a new recurring contribution.
If you have a recurring contribution set up with Realm Online Giving, please follow these steps:
Click here to LOGIN
On the left under COMMUNITY, Select GIVING
Select SCHEDULED
Next to the scheduled contribution, click the 3 dots
Select CANCEL
If you have a recurring contribution set up with Secure Give, please follow the steps below:
Click here to LOGIN (Choose SIGN IN in the upper right corner)
In the upper right corner, click on your User Account Icon > Recurring Transactions
You'll see a list of all active recurring transactions you have set up under your account.
Click anywhere on the recurring transaction row to go to the Recurring Details page
From there, you'll be able to use the buttons on the side to manage your recurring giving. (Note: On a mobile device, the buttons will be below the recurring transaction details.)
To cancel your recurring transaction, select the Cancel button.
In the Cancel Recurring window that appears at the right, check the "Yes, I want to cancel this recurring transaction" box at the bottom. (You may have to scroll down to see it.)
Finally, select the Cancel Recurring button.
To create a new recurring contribution in our new system, please follow the steps below:
Click here to LOGIN
Select GIVE NOW
Choose the giving category and type in the amount
Choose FREQUENCY
Select the DATE to begin
Select GIVE NOW
Enter payment details
Select NEXT
Choose INDIVIDUAL or BUSINESS and complete information
Select FINISH
